Check-in time is 2:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 am
Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and will be chargeable
Occupancy
Please adhere to the Standard Occupancy of each villa. Extra guests above standard occupancy are chargeable.
Kids Policy
Complimentary stay for children below 7 years of age sharing parents bed.
Pet Policy
Pets require prior approval and are chargeable (need to inform in advance about the breed, age, and weight of your pet)
Noise Policy
No noise after 9:00 pm. Any Parties and gatherings need to be approved in advance.
ID
All guests or visitors have to provide ID and if the stay is more than 4 hours then charges of rupees 500 per person for facility utilization up to maximum villa occupancy (more to be approved in advance)
Visitors are not permitted in guest bedrooms.
The management reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered guests or visitors failing to comply with these policies.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is collected during check-in which is refunded during check-out.
Smoking and Tobacco
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Please use the designated areas provided. Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.
Compliance Policy
No illegal activities are permitted on the premises. Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations. In case of any violation, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to vacate the property immediately without refund.
Confirmation Policy
To confirm your booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance.
Games and Entertainment
Indoor and outdoor games, as well as entertainment activities, can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Any special arrangements (massage, hookah, decor, etc.) have to be informed in advance and approved. Handling charges might
be applicable.
Chef on Call
A professional cook can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and extra charges.
BBQ set ups are also available and can be arranged.
Outside cook is not allowed at the property.
*PLEASE NOTE
Parking – Most villas have parking for four-wheelers inside the villa compound. A few, especially some beach villas, have parking just outside, only a short walk away. Please check your villa description for more details.
Power Backup – If your villa has Inverter Power Backup—lights, fans, and a few plug points will work; air conditioners will not. Duration depends on usage and is subject to battery capacity. Power cuts are rare in the beach area, but we recommend using electricity wisely during outages.
If your villa has Generator Power Backup—8 hours per 24 hours from the time of check-in of the booking arrival is included in the room rate. Additional hours will be charged as per actual price of Rs. 500 per hour according to the requirements.
Toiletries – A combined premium quality shampoo and shower gel is provided for your convenience. Other amenities may be available upon request for an extra charge.
Linen – Fresh professionally cleaned bed linen and bath/pool linen are included in your stay. Complimentary Linen change is done after 3 days. Additional change of linen or towels can be arranged on request at an additional charge. Taking linen outside property is strictly not allowed.
Pests – Goa is known and loved for its lush greenery and surroundings. As a result, insects, geckos, ants, and other small creatures are a natural and important part of it. You might come across them around the garden, pool, and at the premise. While we do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, it’s not possible to completely eliminate them. If you have a strong fear of insects or bugs, please let us know in advance, so we can take extra care to make your stay more comfortable.
Internet Connectivity – Internet connection is provided by a third party. We take utmost care to ensure that it’s working in good conditions throughout. But at times due to various reasons such as the weather changes or government department works, there may be internet connectivity breakdowns. In such cases, we cannot guarantee internet access 24/7 during your stay as it is out of our control. For things that are under our control in terms of internet connection, we will make sure that they are taken care of.
Stay responsibly – Please switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use, and use water thoughtfully. Your cooperation is appreciated!
